1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using AddComic, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. THE COMIC MAGIC (AI GENERATION)
AddComic uses AI to transform your photos into comic art. You understand that AI results can be unpredictable. We do our best, but we're not responsible if the AI decides to give you a funny hat you didn't ask for!
3. PHOTO RETENTION (48H RULE)
To respect your privacy, your uploaded photos and generated comic panels are AUTOMATICALLY DELETED from our storage 48 hours after creation. Download your comics before they vanish!
4. CREDITS & PAYMENTS
- Credits represent a license to generate one (1) AI comic.
- Subscriptions auto-renew through Polar.sh.
- Once a credit is used to generate a comic, it's consumed entirely. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis via support.
5. USER CONTENT
You keep the rights to your original photos. You grant AddComic a temporary license to process the photo for the purpose of generating your comic. Don't upload anything illegal or offensive. We're a HERO community!
